Your data is used exclusively to display your portfolio, track off-plan payments, generate AI analytics, send notifications, and communicate about your investments. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling for third parties.
We may retrieve publicly available data from: Dubai Land Department (DLD), Dubai REST / RERA, DXB Interact, and public news sources relevant to your portfolio.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share limited data only with cloud service providers (bound by confidentiality agreements) and legal authorities when required by UAE law. Your portfolio is never shared with other clients or agents without your explicit written consent.

Data retained while your portal is active. On deletion request: contact data within 30 days, documents within 7 days, anonymised analytics may be retained for service improvement.
